TiboSay is built by developers for developers. Viewing the live OpenAI Codex reset dashboard, AI Oracle predictions, or running `npx tibosay` requires no account and no personal data.

1. Information You Optionally Provide
Alert Subscriptions: If you voluntarily subscribe to OpenAI Codex reset alerts, we store your email address or group bot webhook URL (Feishu, WeCom, DingTalk, Slack, Discord, or Telegram) solely to deliver reset notifications.
Waiting-Room Chat & Reactions: If you join the live developer chat (`$ tibosay --chat`), your email is used only as a lightweight identifier and is always masked publicly (e.g., `hu***@domain.com`) alongside your chosen nickname. Community reaction taps ("Thanks Tibo", "Beg for Reset", and 24h Pulse) are aggregated anonymously per reset cycle.
2. Cookies & Local Browser Preferences
We use minimal first-party local storage and cookies (`tibosay_lang`, `tibosay-theme`, `tibosay-time-mode`, and `tibosay-desktop-notify`) strictly to remember your language preference, light/dark theme, local vs. San Francisco (PT) time display, and browser notification consent.
We do not use invasive cross-site advertising trackers or sell behavioral profiles.
3. How We Use and Protect Your Information
Subscribed email addresses and webhook URLs are used exclusively to dispatch automated alerts when @thsottiaux announces an OpenAI Codex usage limit reset or high-signal reset watch.
We never sell, rent, or trade your email address or webhook endpoints with third-party marketers.
4. Unsubscribing & Data Deletion
You may unsubscribe or request complete deletion of your email address, webhook URL, or chat history at any time via our Support Center (/support).
