By accessing tibosay.com, subscribing to reset alerts, or using the `tibosay` CLI and public telemetry APIs, you agree to the following community terms.

1. Independent Community Project
TiboSay (tibosay.com and the `npx tibosay` CLI) is an independent, fan-built telemetry tracker and developer utility. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Inc. or Thibault Sottiaux (@thsottiaux).
OpenAI, Codex, and ChatGPT are trademarks of OpenAI, Inc. All public X posts referenced in the reset log belong to their respective authors.
2. AI Oracle Forecasts & Telemetry Accuracy
All reset timestamps, AI radar classifications, and 6-hour / 24-hour probability forecasts ("AI Next-Reset Oracle") are statistical estimates provided on an "AS IS" basis for informational and entertainment purposes only.
TiboSay makes no guarantees regarding when OpenAI will reset Codex rate limits or usage quotas. Do not rely on heuristic predictions for mission-critical production commitments.
3. Fair Use of Public APIs, RSS & Webhooks
Our public endpoints (`/api/codex/v1/status`, `/api/codex/v1/resets`, `/api/codex/ansi`, `/api/codex/rss`, `/api/codex/markdown`) are provided free of charge for developer terminals, status bars, and AI agents.
Abusive high-frequency scraping, DDoS attacks, automated botting of community reactions, or registering unauthorized third-party webhook URLs is strictly prohibited and may result in rate-limiting or IP blocks.
4. Waiting-Room Chat & Sponsorships
Participants in the live developer waiting-room chat (`$ tibosay --chat`) must keep discussions respectful and relevant. Spam, phishing links, harassment, or impersonation will be removed immediately.
